| 3) The cost statements of Contractors in original form has been delivered by the Coordinator.
The Arenotech cost statement is suspended until the internal Arenotech situation is clarified. Infobyte has to define and submit a strategy to the EC in order to manage the Arenotech situation. |
Infobyte and EC (first week of February) |
| Some issues have been outlined :
Arenotech situation : management of P.O. accounting in the next Infobyte cost statement. The overheads to be considered are referred to the real organisation situation for the project. Budgetary figures modification could be applied in the final cost statement with reference to the contract accepted percentage and with reference to the global project breakdown. According to this rule, effort may be transferred between WPs within the budget allocated to a particular Contractor, and within the global breakdown of costs for this Contractor. If this reallocation of efforts between WPs for a particular Contractor leads to a reallocation of the tasks among the Partners, than an amendment to the contract has to be requested. | (next cost statement) |
| The EC will analyse the delivered cost statement and will contact the Coordinator for major unclear aspects. The second payment date is counted from the 28th January 1998. | EC next week
EC (60 days after the 28th January 1998) |
| 4) No specific points. |
